Will Adams, a three-star guard from Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, Ga., has flipped his commitment from Georgia Tech to Auburn to join wide receiver JaQuay Williams at Auburn.
Adams, a 6-5, 280-pound offensive lineman, had been committed to Georgia Tech for a long time, but rumors that Yellow Jackets offensive line coach Todd Spencer are on his way out helped changed Adams’ mind, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Offered by Auburn late in the process, Adams made a last-minute visit to Auburn last weekend and announced his decision along with Williams at Sandy Creek High School Wednesday morning.
