AUBURN, Ala.Rhett Lashlee met with media members for the first time since fall camp began following Monday’s practice. Of course, Auburn’s offensive coordinator discussed the team’s four-way quarterback competition. However, he also touched on the Tigers’ wide receivers — who have shown “a little bit of inconsistency” during camp — as well as the team’s depth at running back.

  1. Man I hate yo hear that the receivers are inconsistent…hope they step up…the last two years, other than Emory Blake, there has been horrible play from the wide receivers…i just don’t get it…sooner or later someone is gonna have to step up…wish we had d’haquille Williams to help right now…the qbs have taken too much heat for the lack of a passing game the last two years. Everyone thinks that Frazier isn’t any good, but what would we expect out of him if last years receiver play and o-line play is horrible…he might actually be pretty good with some help
